On the second Tuesday, every other month, the Knights of Columbus #4522 are blessed and pleased to serve dinner to the needy and homeless at Christ House in Alexandria. On Tuesday, March 14, 2017 nine of our Knights (and several wives) worked in unison to serve a hot meal of meatballs and gravy, rice and vegetables—along with fruit cocktail and cookies for dessert to over 35 Alexandrians in need. This regularly scheduled service to others has been going on for over 14 years under the watchful eye and direction of SK Dick Owen, PGK, PFN, FDD. During that time, SK Owen and his Knights have put in well over 2,000 hours of service cooking and serving at Christ House.
